He leaped backward, doing a back handspring as he did so. Not quite fast enough though. It was his turn to be hit. The tip of Glifinial's blade touched his shoulder, sliding down an inch or two before he got clear. He regained his feet quickly, and hoping to catch her slightly off balance from her roll, he darted in, the blade slashing and thrusting, eager to bite, attacking again and again, high and low. Again, he grinned with the sheer pleasure of swordplay. He finished his attack and waited, muscles tense, circling lightly, watching her every move, ready to dodge or block a sudden attack if necessary.
