I'd like to point out to everyone that it's my final finals week so please don't be so jumpy about how I haven't been on the ball with the reviews I said I was going to do with the Lohan show. Graduating is quite frankly more important to me than giving you feedback on one sketch out of many that you probably have submitted. Since there's been a generally lack of reviewziness so far, here's what I've got. It's not much, but it's something. More will come.

cold - this piece was fairly disjointed. It was filled with silliness that produced only minor laughs, like the cotton candy in the teeth. The theme felt like "Bush had the movie edited to protect himself," but his dialogue didn't suggest that at all. As such, there seemed to be no core focus, and it just strode around from visual gag to visual gag. It was still working alright though, until you had Lindsay Lohan enter. Then this sketch hit a level of corn Green Giant would pay millions to have. Laura: Something called, "Mean Girls", starring Lindsay Lohan... ...and here she is now. Come in Lindsay. I guess the randomness is supposed to be funny, but I found the semi-ironic jokoids that followed excruciating.

mono - of the two angles you used, I liked the fans dressing up to attend the movie more amusing. I think you should have worked more on that, rather than the Tina and Lindsay arguing, so that you could have set up some stronger gags to go with it. For example, if instead of them stating that it's like the Star Wars fans that dress up like Jedis, if you could find some way to set up a gag that would make it obvious enough without just telling it.

voting - this sketch seems a bit premature, we still have half a year to go until the voting begins. As is, the sketch is really short, and didn't seem to really explore funniness when at the hands of a merciless voting booth. I think it would work better as just a sketch than a commercial, if you're doing a commercial the "I'm George W. Bush and I approved this message" thing helps add realism.
