Losses like this one to Tampa hurt, but considering our injuries on the defense... They were just the better team today, with a superior defense, and a roster unlike ours that is not injury depleted! I beleave in giving credit where credit is due. True 49ER'S fans all know: You WIN with CLASS and you LOSE with CLASS. I really feel that with a strong draft, and anouther year of experience, along with a HEALTHY roster, we will be a force next year! The injuries finally caught up to us, and while i hate to say this, i would rather lose in the divisional round of the playoffs, then the SUPER-BOWL! Due to the injuries, and the amount of yards the secondary was surrendering, the last few weeks of the season, and into the playoffs, i seriously doubt we could hang with the TITANS or RAIDERS... I know we beat the RAIDERS in the regular season, but we were a healthier team, and we still needed overtime to do it! When PLUMBER went down BRAD JOHNSON started to look like the frankenstein version of JOE MONTANA!!! Anyway, we had a good season, inconsistant but decent... Realize that even with the injuries, and a young team we were in the elite 8 folks!!! Moving on, what do our beloved 49er's need to do to capture that elusive 6th trophy?! I feel we need to draft a RECIEVER on the 1st day to finally take some heat off the best reciever in the league TO! I also feel that a stud DEFENSIVE TACKLE taken on the 1st day would not hurt? Next anouther defensive end to compliment CARTER!? Day two- anouther CORNER of course, and a couple of OFFENSIVE LINE-MAN??? Late round WALSH PICKS might include depth, for the d-line, o-line, and maybe safty, or tight end?! Just some thoughts, and i will look forward to reading this board all winter to get thoughts from the most informed fans on the planet!!! Finally, i hate this time of the year when our beloved team goes in to hybernation, but ams looking forward to a very interresting off season! Now that the NINER'S are out of salary cap hell, we should be able to bring in a quality FREE-AGENT or two??? MY wish list includes RECIEVER/CORNER! WOW- what a season i ams again proud as hell to be a 49er's fan!!! Great job bryan hope you get your thoughts, and emotions in order appreciate the work you do for us on the paradise!!! Thoughts, and opinions welcomed! peace- d-roc

ps hey ALLEN scram!
