9r4life - you are aware that there are 2 Tim's on this board right? Tim (initial cap) has been a Mooch defender and TIM (all caps) has been a Mooch hater for about half the year.

Oregon - You complain about the O-line then you say that Garcia has happy feet and is uncomfortable in the pocket. Geez, I wonder if it has anything to do with Rice and Sapp in his space???
I agree that our line play (O and D) is suspect. As for our corners... Well Mike Rumph and Rashad Holman don't really put fear into anyone's eyes. However I think Johnson just found it easier to pick on our safeties who were being forced into DB action.

Oh well now starts the offseason. I'm not really that bummed because I think we outplayed ourselves the later half of the season. We just haven't been a great team this season. A good team yes, but good won't get you a Lombardi trophy!

It'll be interesting to see what happens in the next few days with our head coach. In one scenario he gets an extension and people will shut up about getting rid of him. In another case he'll go to another city and we'll get some draft choices. Regardless I for one am happy this crap is going to be settled. Though I do suppose Whiners will then start harping on some other scapegoat like Garcia.
