I like Mooch,good guy and all,,IMO not a good Headcoach though,,time to make the move,,,,and I'd be happy if we could get 1/2 of what the Buc's gave up to get Gruden.

Lions or Jags may be intrested,,

with a combo of free agency and draft,we can improve quite a bit
#1 Top notch DL (Bu bye Moran,Flannigan,Okeafor and others)
#2 Top notch CB
#3 Future OT
#4 Future QB ( Like Boller from Cal myself)
#5 Two WR's (Bu Bye Stokes and Wilson)
#6 Big TE ( team needs two capable TE's,Bu bye Swift)

should be intresting offseason to say the least :)
