Man how about Chad Pennington 4 TDs and a 134.7 QB rating in an make or break game against Green Bay. I still think he would have looked great in a Niner uniform, Pederson was a good pick but I don't know the way that kid is playing.
I'm a Garcia supporter but you can't help and wonder what if we had listened to Walsh and picked him.

Brian Griese as a Niner QB never and I hope it never will happen. I have never been a fan of Griese and after this season I am justified. He has his moments but overall nothing he does impresses me and he definatly is not a good QB to be running our system. The biggest knock that people have about Griese (and thier are alot of them) is that he is not a leader at all. For Our system and for a suscessful QB in general you have to be a Good leader and he is not, Infact he has been described as an Outcast at times and that is not the way the Leader of the team needs to be.
I would take Garcia anyday of the week over Griese and I think that most of the teams in the NFL would agree.
