I've noticed that some of you would like to see certain positions upgraded in the offeseason. The 49ers are right now slotted to pick 28th in the draft and here are some players that might be around for the 49ers and TE, CB, WR, and DE according to the Great Blue North Report.

Defensive End

Cory Redding - Texas - (6-5 265)
Antonio Garay - Boston College - (6-4 285)

Wide Receiver

Bryant Johnson - Penn State - (6-2 210)
Terence Edwards - Georgia - (6-2 180)
Taylor Jacobs - Florida - (6-0 190)

Cornerback

Eugene Wilson - Illinois - (6-0 185)
Rod Babers - Texas - (5-10 185)
Marcus Trufant - Washington State - (5-11 185)

Tight End

Trent Smith - Oklahoma - (6-5 235)
Benny Joppru - Michigan - (6-5 245)
Teyo Johnson - Stanford - (6-7 245)
