Subject: There used to be a Top 5 Ballot. Once the top 5 conestants were decided after all phases of competition their scores would be wiped clean and the Judges would then rank the 5 contestants in the order of their preference. Each ranking had a point value...then the new point totals were tallied and determined the winner. So sometimes the contestant that may have won the pageant point wise in the competition phases may not have won the overall pageant because of Judges' preferences or rankings.
