Subject: So... while the title of "Miss Spartanburg" is off the table...

So... while the title of "Miss Spartanburg" is off the table...is that prelim open to her? They usually have 3 or 4 crowns at that one. Could she win 1 of the other titles at that prelim? Just curious.
