Subject: Wow Sandy, that IS really great service!! Must have been the moisture in the bathroom got inside of it!!
kind of glad my two every is coming up soon...my phone doesn't seem to holding a charge as well as before...I did have an extra battery at home so I charged that one and put it in this moring to see if maybe my other battery is shot.... hopefully that is all that it is and I'll be good until my contract is ready for me to get my new one....

I had taken it into the bathroom with me since I knew Gerry would call while I was soaking in the tub but I made sure that I had completely dried my hands, face and hair. But apparently I didn't dry off quite well enough. When I hung up with Gerry, my screen was blank and white. Once I got out of the shower, I used my blow dryer on it and managed to get the inside screen to come back up but then it disappeared again. So when I picked Gerry up from work, we went to the Verizon store to see what could be done. And what fantastic customer service we got. They exchanged my phone for a new one, no questions asked, and even moved all of my contacts over to the new phone for me so I wouldn't have to do it when we got home.
