I'm sorry this is how you found out. That happens way too often online as life and interests pull us in many directions. Once in a while we'd joke with him about finishing some stories and that if he didn't get on it, he would be expected to submit chapters from the afterlife, you know, like homework. LOL! I never thought I'd ever see the day when that was no longer laughable.

I'm glad you finally know and happy you are here now. He may have left a lot unfinished but he left us a ton to remember him by. If you are looking for his finished stories (There is such a thing) you can go to his personal mirror at https://shackoutback.net and go through the library there. In the table of contents at the top right it is flagged either "Status: Complete" or "Status: Forever Unfinished" which at least can help you find the ones that actually were completed. - Hopefully that will help if you'd like to reread a little. I always have at least one of his stories in my current reading list.
