Subject: IMO the ship is much richer when you get the back story and the progression. We are allowed to see the processes that Kate has to go through in order to let herself truly love and be loved the right way. Castle has really matured in the lst 2 years and the family dynamic is evolving in a way that seems real and true to good story tellin.
