Author: The Chief (love reminiscing like this!) And YES, "JAG" had one of the BEST theme songs, EVER..
Subject: Some of the instrumentals were also radio hits - like "Hill Street Blues" and "Miami Vice". That was great. Loved the Magnum PI theme, and Cheers - who can forget "Where everybody knows your name"? M*A*S*H had a great song, an instrumental version of a song that claimed "suicide is painless". And let's not forget "Welcome Back" from "Welcome Back Kotter" (another radio hit)..
