Subject: I'll get blasted for this, but I think DJE is difficult to work with and that is one of the reasons he finds it hard to get good roles. I've met him and he was very pleasant, but I got an over all feeling of very large EGO!!
In reply to: CeeGee 's message, "I just finished re-watching all ten seasons of JAG, it took a couple of months for me to complete but finished it today. I really do miss that show! One thing I thought of though when it was over is that DJE certainly has not come into any recurring tv series since. I wonder if he regrets ending his role as Harm? CB has certainly done better landing recurring series between Army Wives now filming season 7 and her Good Witch movies. What in the world happened to David?" on 16:16:34 01/02/13 Wed

[> [> I'm going to doubt that, Cathy F. I think one of the reasons he had trouble after JAG was 1) Harm was a tough act to follow; 2) Harm was a good military guy. Only Bad military guys are allowed in Liberal Hollywood; and 3) I suspect a "whisper" campaign was conducted by DPB and his minions. Talk about **EGO**. DJE's pales in comparison. -- The Chief, 13:11:41 01/08/13 Tue [1]

[> [> [> That was a bit of a blanket statement, and I know there are many in the industry that don't have that problem, but I do think it's an industry and environment where it can be hard not to fall a bit too much in love with yourself. -- Dee, 07:59:38 01/09/13 Wed [1]
