I regret responding positively to some of your logic but not all of that "felony" talk Shafty. I mean there is a "felony" and then there is just a ridiculous stretch of the law to "rub somebody out" of office or a job. At the most, this was 2 hours of duty time that was paid back. It's not as if the man was unavailable if my family or yours called 911
