 Seems like the appeal would be a priority right now.
A lawsuit can be filed after that.
The civil rights violators and their collaborators will just have to WAIT and see what happens - safe at home in their beds with their families- just like Brewington has had to wait - only in prison.
I wonder who sleeps better?
