 Dan found out that you can't really sue a judge who is acting in his profesional capacity as a jurist. If that was possible we would have gridlock by felons filing frivolous suits like this one. So Dan tries to do it as a private citizen against another. So who here thinks that is going anywhere with a higher court? How can you possibly think that this suit has nothing to do with his capacity as a judge in Dan's case? I don't think anyone is worrying about this civil case. Not worth the paper it's printed on or the time wasted by our court system. At least your right about one thing. Try the appeal first, at least you have a chance.
