 He was threatened with contempt but most family courts don't like using them unless the party is a total nut.(See this case) The judge probably is a nice guy, ask his family, friends, VOTERS. His exwife I am sure felt trashed as well as the psy expert. He couldn't prove his facts to any court therefore not facts, sorry. Stalking on the internet does not preclude just physical presence. If no one did anything to the judge, his wife or the expert witness then why is Dan in jail? How did the jury not see your points? A bad defense? If it is so obvious then a monkey could have defended him. Your neighbors were the jury, ask them why oh why did you put Dan in jail?
