Ava, At least you are now admitting Dan needs help. So lets look at the situation from the beginning, like anyone logical would. Dan gets papers for a divorce, he fights it tooth and nail, he does get screwed on the land trust issue, he gets a bad review from a court psyc., he goes after the evaluator in a most personal way, his lawyer quits, he tries to go pro se, he loses, he appeals, he loses, he has forced his ex to spend 50K fighting his rants, he is ordered to undergo another mental eval. in order to get any visitation, he attacks everyone involved verbally and in writing, he goes one step to far, gets a notice for a grand jury, DA gets their go ahead to trial, goes to jail, offered plea deal but to stupid to take it, files more lawsuits against everyone involved, loses in trial and must go to prison, will appeal and lose, will lose lawsuit filed while in jail, will continue to fight because he will not follow the intial courts orders from the divorce. Sums it quite nicely. So tell me, is this all worth it? The cost to us taxpayers? Tell me logically why Dan is so special that when multiple courts gives him instructions he can ignore them while the rest of society has agreed to follow the rule of law. Not Aaron
