 Because- he is free to state his opinion- right or wrong.
And that, yoy, is what America is all about.
The taxpayer cost- is from an overzealous prosecutor. No one had to read Brewington's rants. They chose to read them.
Makes one wonder about all the egos involved. Trying to spin this as Brewingtgon costing taxpayers is wrong- it never cost taxpayers until the ex- wife's attorney started her fear-mongering.
