Date Posted: 08:10:20 01/23/14 Thu Finally situated in Happy Valley, James Franklin and his staff will host its first official visit weekend starting on Friday. As of Wednesday evening the confirmed guest list stood at two uncommitted prospects, six committed to the Nittany Lions and several more commits in an unofficial capacity. The Nittany Lions are still hoping to get a visit from five-star offensive lineman Damian Prince, who will take his SATs on Saturday morning. As of Wednesday things were still a work in progress for making that happen. Also mentioned for a potential visit is Chicago (Ill.) De La Salle four-star running back and former Vanderbilt commitment Mikale Wilbon. Fresh off of a trip to Nebraska, Wilbon told 247Sports that he would probably be visiting Missouri or Penn State this weekend, but he'll likely be headed to Columbia for his second official visit. Official Visits Uncommitted Koa Farmer Safety/Linebacker Sherman Oaks (Calif.) Notre Dame Earlier this week, Cory James reported that Farmer would likely be in Happy Valley this weekend instead of Vanderbilt, and those plans were confirmed with the staff on Wednesday. Farmer just added an offer from Wisconsin, and it's one that will make the Cal commit think. Don't be shocked if he ends up visiting Madison next weekend before making a decision the week of signing day. Ricky Rahne is the man on point for the Nittany Lions. The 247Sports Crystal Ball picked up some Penn State action this week when Cory James, who has been in touch with Farmer for Lion247, made his pick for the Nittany Lions. Amani Oruwariye Defensive Back Tampa (Fla.) Gaither Things continue to trend upward for the Nittany Lions with the three-star defensive back choosing to visit Penn State over Vanderbilt, where he was previously committed. Oruwariye hosted James Franklin earlier this week, in a visit that the senior prospect said went well. He has no visits planned after his trip to State College this weekend. The 247Sports Crystal Ball recently saw a run of picks for the Nittany Lions for Oruwariye. Barring an unforeseen change, the safety could very well be the next Penn State commitment.
