"How is this?" *she calls, grinning. She completes a series of stretches, limbering up in preparation for the practice duel. With a running start, she went into a front and back handspring combination, muscles rippling slightly under her pale skin. She landed gracefully on her feet, breathing lightly. Face glowing with anticipation, her practice sword whispered out of it's sheath.* "Ready, Dalamar?" *her voice rang out, a hint of laughter concealed in it.* "Come on!"
