I've read this before about Keith saying he wrote the song about her. But I take everything Keith says with more than just a single grain of salt. The guy just loves making up stories. Muddy painting the ceiling, Keith writing "Satisfaction" in his sleep then waking up to 15 seconds of riff and 45 minutes of him snoring on the tape. All this kind of stuff makes me highly suspicious of anything he says.
