 Gabriel gathered his legs under him. His strong muscles bunched and ready to spring. Like Nashota, he could feel the fear come from the boy. The girl he paid no mind to. She was unimportant to him.

From somewhere he heard Nashota question him. How could he explain to the Jellicles what must be done to save this boys life?

::Rio, You circle to the left of the boy. I'll go to the right. If we time it right we should be able to capture him without anyone getting hurt to badly.:: Gabriel began moving off, forming a large circle around to the right side of the boy and his small female companion.

Rio lopped slowly in the opposite direction. She tossed out a mind thread to the two waiting Jellicles. ::That is Jeff. He is a Cheysuli boy who is living in deniel of what he is. Gabriel and myself do not wish to harm him. Rather we need to catch him and bring him with us for awhile.::

She glanced back over her shoulder to the two queens. ::We owe you already for saving our lives, but...:: She nosed her way closer to Jeff. ::We could use your help catching him. Will you help?::
