Hi all today will be ther 7th day in a row that I've worked out. Will be after I do it that is...

This is an amazing program. It really pushes me to keep on trying. My carb level has been rising though and I need to keep close tabs on that. It always worries me a little. I've been trying to eat healthy, but healthy doesn't always mean low carb. I've been eating a bit more grain products than usual.

What is really neat is that I am getting to the point where I can feel my bones just under the skin at several points on my body. (Arms, face, breastbone, more recently lower back). I've still got plenty of fat to get rid of, but it is really fascinating to see it leaving completely in certain areas. (Now if I could just dumb this big tummy).
