 Yes I have many times. Dan has had a great deal of time to think through his answers to the most obvious questions posed. Would he have been perfect, probably not but most aren't either. Not taking the stand was a mistake in this case. We will never know until his appeal. If they take the case,then he must take the stand or it isn't worth the effort to try. Not talking a plea was his worst mistake and should be obvious to anyone who cares to view this case. I have maintained from the beginning that I don't think Dan is a danger but his actions created an atmosphere where the prosecuter could and did bring this case. Without Dan's actions he would not be where he is. No actions, no case, no jail.
