Of course Klein didn't investigate Brian's death.

Keylock hatched a plan to incriminate Frank the moment Frank drew his last breath........Cutler and Guilliano incriminated Keylock soon after Keylock was dead and only when he was safely buried.

Guilliano having written the book 'Paint it Black' way back when, with all the Marty helium gassed voice CD confession et al to accompany it, couldn't tell us, well shout it at us loud enough, with vivid description, of how Tom Keylock had told him that he'd drowned Brian and exactly how he'd carried it out. I remember the TV link to Guilliano seemed to end abruptly as Guilliano became increasingly excited and animated. I wonder if that interview is still on YouTube?

Sam Cutler had a short career with the Rolling Stones which famously included the Hyde Park gig and Altamont. It seems he was left to pick up the fall out of Altamont by the Stones, before his association with the band ended in 1970.

The big question for me isn't: Is Keylock the one? It is: Why did these people come out of the woodwork (having been silent for years), and then suddenly involve themselves (in what by their own admission is a murder case), by making these claims and statements? It just don't make sense chucking their integrity into the garbage can! Who the heck would want to do that if they didn't have to? There is a definite pecking order pattern in what appears to be some kind of rear guard defence! At each significant juncture a protective blanket or defence mechanism is thrown over the case.

As I see it; Brian's murder goes way beyond Frank and Keylock.

I don't think Klein needed to investigate where!
