Sorry, but as far as I'm concerned, if you're doing something illegal to begin with (and drugs *are* illegal, and drugs in public schools just plain shouldn't be tolerated), then you forfeit your "rights".

I have a right for my children to go to public school and not have to worry about illegal drug exposure.
