I'm very sceptical about this "news". The current arc of X in Asuka will form part of volume 19. Since volume 19 is not ready yet, there is simply no volume 20 to talk about.

Judging by the 22 cards of the Major Arcana of the Tarot deck, X should have 22 books. However, book 1 (aka X0) is actually the first artbook. Chances are book 22 (aka X21) will form the second artbook. If that's the case, X should end in volume 20.

Anyhow, Clamp-net has not made any significant mention of X recently. Hell, they're not even telling if there's going to be an X instalment in the September issue of Asuka.
