And as tempting as it was to fling the mortal on his back and go about his business anyway, he made no move to do so. What, was this a soul getting in the way? Or just a love for Alex that would not tolerate the thought of doing that to the male, at least so soon after their reunion? Releasing a sigh, he bit his lip to focus the disppoinment on something other than his lover before voicing something he never thought he would say. "Alex...
