 Dear YOYO: Just for you--- Dan had an evaluation by a clinical psychiatrist who is an instructor at the University of Cincinnati. Dan's lawyer did not introduce the document in evidence, did not call a witness, or speak to Dan. Fair trial? When your fingers start to move on the keyboard make sure your mind is working at the same time.
