Some of the above mentioned ideas have been tried. The pool is key controlled and yet the gate is propped open by those wanting their "friends" without keys to use it.
We also had no trespassing signs that were defaced and then torn out by "someone".
I think there are liability issues for WSHOA members if we knowingly continue to allow outsiders to use our amenities.
If the basketball courts are attracting gatherings why would we ever consider a picnic pavilion?
