 There are members of the public encouraged to attend daulby street open circle who are suffering from mental health problems, and being encouraged to develop 'mediumistic' abilities. One such person was supposedly 'picking up' information about me, such as that I have 'been seen' attending lap dancing clubs, that I am a 'leech' who stares at women in the congregation, that I have a 'secret life' and a 'dark past'. This person also searched my kitchen draws for 'information', and frisked my jacket pockets upon instruction from her 'guides'. After mentioning this person to the President of the Church, Wendy Rotheram, I was informed that the person concerned has a 'fractured aura' and would never take responsibility for their own behaviour. Most alarmingly, I was also informed that there are no rules to stop people from attending the open circle unless they are under the influence of alcohol and or drugs. I find this horrifying and naive. It is damaging for any vulnerable and impressionable person to be placed at the mercy of such a mentally ill person, and displays a total lack of care and responsibility to the person who is encouraged to develop 'medium abilities'. To make matters worse, Wendy Rotheram has since denied having made any comments with regard to the person in question. I would stay away from Daulby Street Church, or any other organisation where members of the public are freely encouraged and welcomed into a 'development class' without any prior vetting or investigation. Totally Irresponsible and potentially damaging.
