It seems fairly safe (to me) to say that they carry a similar range to the Galaxy class. If so, the complement would be made up from the following types:-

Type 15 shuttlepod (impulse only)
Type 15A shuttlepod (impulse only)
Type 16 shuttlepod (impulse only)
Type 6 shuttle (personel shuttle)
Type 7 shuttle (personel shuttle)
Type 9A shuttle (cargo shuttle)
Danube class Runabouts.

It really depends on the expected mission. The TNG:TM says that as standard the Enterprise carries:-

12 Shuttlepods (types 15, 15A 16)
10 Standard personel shuttles (types 6, 7)
10 Cargo shuttles (type 9A)
5 Specialised craft (runabouts etc)
1 Capatains Yacht.

Additional craft are provided as needed.
