Was there really any need to post exactly the same message twice within a few minutes?

What is the purpose of this anyway. Even if P. Yogananda did say this to one disciple - so what? Does it follow that therefore everyone is allowed to give initiation to anyone they choose? Does it follow that the same instructions given to Peggy Deitz apply to you, me, JD Walters and anyone who wishes to set themselves up as a teacher?
