Subject: Association after our basketball goals?

What a waste of effort and money (the money is what they will be paying association management to prepare letters, mail them, track response, etc.). The way this country is headed, and our board wants to take away my quality time with my daughter shooting hoops in the driveway. BTW, a previous board, determined that non-permanent bb goals did not violate the covenants. Anyone remember that ruling or have a copy of the meeting minutes where that was discussed?
