hi..i'm kinda confused..there's this guy and he's a year younger than me..and he's really cute..but he's in tthe grade below me..not that that matters really but his grade and my grade are all pretty close so everything their grade knows, we pretty much already heard about it too..but the point is*..one of his best friends said he likes me- and how he always talks about me and all this stuff..but when i look at it, could he just be joking around? The boy i like rides my bus..we talk and joke around, and ocassionally flirt, i guess he always stares at me too..but what do you think?..does he like me..or what?

I have a problem....I am in love with this guy......who is REALLY clever and studying A levels AND a degree at a top sixth form I on the other hand failed all my GCSEs and am on one of the lowest level courses you can possibly get. This Guy's mother is really ambitious and wants her son to have 'the best' and to meet a nice girl at University so I heard her tell someone years ago. My problem is that even if I go out with this guy...his mother would DEEPLY dissaprove of me as I am so uneduacted...and would think me unworthy of her son. What can I do about this? How can I make her think better of me? What can I do about this??

ok my exhusband and I have decided to work things out, but then he tells me he is having lunch with a lady that hes already had a dinner date with back in dec or so. She works at one of the companies he visits from time to time. His boss wasn't to happy about the whole idea (not professional) He is always worried about hurting others and their feelings but has no problem hurting me because he thimks he not wrong i was told he is doing it no talking about it. i say hes leading her on its known that she is very interestedin my ex he says he is not come on whats going on here i am not wrong! or am i?

hi. Im having a really tough time right now with my ex. I still love him with all my heart, and i'm just really hurt that we broke up. we were dating for 1 yr 9 mon, and broke up back in september... i thought i was finally getting over him when he started dating another girl. they started dating on jan 1... the same day me and him started dating 2 years ago. the worst part is 4 days before he started dating her... we fooled around..and had sex...(the second time we have... the first time was also after we broke up). I love him so much and it hurts to see him with another girl. we decided that once i go back to college, we will cut off all communication with each other for awhile. I'm dreading that so much. this is my first real heartbreak, my first love... and i know i need to get over him but i can't yet. i really thought that he was the one i would marry. and i still feel that way... i still feel like we're soul mates and ment to be together. sometimes he claims that he doesnt have feelings for me at all besides friendship...then he says stuff like...we need to stop talking because he's getting confused... that like sometimes he still feels love for me. I feel like my whole world has crumbled around me and i dont know what to do about it.

sorry, this seems more like a vent then an actually advice thing. I"m just wondering... am I an idiot for still loving him after this long? after all the hurt I've been through because of the breakup? do you think I have any chance with him at all in the future? or should i just give up? I had a crush in fourth grade named kyle, and I've
had a crush on him for five years sence. We went out
in fourth grade, and he said when I walked in that
room, 'it was like love at first sight', his fourth grade
saying. I left that school later, and we had went out
for a month. I really liked him, and I think he really
liked me. I was kind of wierd, and was little so I
kinda pushed him jokingly cuz my uncle and I used to
hang-out and wrestle, and I wasn't used to relationships
of coarce, being only in fourth grade. So I left for
two years and came back in 7th grade to see him, he came
up to the table I was sitting at and said hi, while this
girl annie, really didn't like me because she liked kyle.
Well we didn't talk much, we sat in class the first day
of junior highschool, and we had to say stuff about
ourselves. Kyle said he liked skateboarding, his favorite
thing to eat was gummie bears, and a couple other things.
I said I liked skateboarding too and snowboarding, and
how I old I was, and I saw him outa the corner of my
eye smiling. Well, he went out with annie for a while,
they didn't go out for long. 8th grade came around, lots
of chaos. I always tried to impress him, I'd run around
the halls with my guy friends, chris, matt, scott, and
mike. I threw eggs at the wall, knowing he was right around
the corner, and he was and he knew it was me. I heard later
in 8th grade that he had a crush on me in 7th grade.
Whenever I'd pass him in the halls, our eyes would meet.
At times I'd stop and panic, my legs felt bloodshot,
that kind of bloodshot where all your blood has left
your legs and you feel like dropping to the floor, as your
heart leaps, but still sinks. My eyes wide open, my heart
BEATING OUT MY RIB CAGES, and yeah, filled with this love
kinda feeling, and me smiling, just standing there, like
a bit of an idiot, but .. butterflies... I felt that
most everytime I saw him, and still do a little bit.
My friend chris dragged me down the halls, and we'd
wrestle around, and he'd just watch, kyle would.
9th grade- well, forget it, I'm not there right now.
I went to alaska, and chris told kyle I wanted to keep
in contact with him, and kyle asked where I had gone
and he had wondered where I went. Chris said that
I was in alaska, and he said, "really??"
I was surprised to even hear that he did wonder where
I was. I don't know too much about how things are
going because I don't really go to that school right now,
I got back from alaska after 6 months of being there,
stupid hell, but .. I'm back, got back a couple days
ago. I've seen kyle every now and then, I saw him smiling
today as he walked out the door, walked right past me.
but I think he knows I'm here... I don't know...
I don't know anymore, I just hope I get to see him
at this teen center, I don't think about him all the
time, but every now and then, it's not obbseession, but
of coarce your going to think about that one person
in your life that makes you go crazy.

Ok.... I have this friend at school and were really good friends I guess. We go to the movies sometimes and when we go he always holds my hand, has his head leaned against mine and things like that. Then when we leave he always walks w/ me, opens the doors for me and gives me hugs before he leaves. Online he is always really sweet and apologizes for anything that he thinks that he did to make me mad during the day. He also wants me to tell him things first when it comes to who we like. Then when we are at school he gets jealous when i write other guys notes. But like he doesn't act like he does at the movies. He still acts nice but infront of his friends he acts different but not in a bad way or anything. Sometimes he teases me but its just for fun b/c he knows that I react to it. So... does he like me?! Hey- I need some advice.
I have been dating my boyfriend for a year. We're deeply inlove with eachother, and he even asked me to marry him, but I have a little problem. I hate the fact that he'll go out and party with out me. To everyone else, I am the funniest person in the world, and I always have to be that person, but when he goes out and get drunk with his friends, all the attenetion turns to him, and I hate it. When I stare at her, and she notices she keeps staring back.

When I notice her stare at me, she looks away really quickly. If you focus on someones eyes, I look at her, she makes one movement and focuses on something else kinda thing.

The other day, there was someone sitting between us, I turned round to talk to the person between us, she was looking at me, head turned and all, and when I noticed she looked down immediately and started playing with her hands in a real nervous way.

However, sometimes she seems to ignore my existence. Other times, she'll hold a glance at me as she's looking round the room. Other times she'll just stare at me for a few seconds then look down.

I'm shy, and will not simply go up and say "whats going on here" without having a good indication of what shell say back.

ok, so there's this guy who is really hot and athletic. the problem is he sometimes acts weird around me and other times ignores me. ok...there's this guy who flirts with me and other girls..but he acted more attracted to me...like staring at me and acting all sweet and everything. He and I always stare at each other. I'm in grade 7 elementry school. There is this guy in my class who i have liked since grade 2. In grade 5 i told him that i liked him and he kinda ignored me for a bit. In grade 6 we only talked at recess and lunch when he gave me piggy-backs around the school. Now in grade 7 we are almost best friends. He lightly teases me and whenever he goes overboard he apollogises like crazy. he is really sweet to me and has danced with me at every dance we have had but the last 1. There's this guy, im friends with both his older and younger sister (pretty much his whole family) I dated his older brother 4 years ago ( for like 6 months). Im good friends with him also. He always teases me, and is mean to me (not like REALLY mean...just joking mean) I dont find him REALLY physically attractive at all, but theres something about his personality that attracts me to him. He asked me to be his date to a dinner...but i already had a date (well actually it was just me and his little sis messin around saying that we was each others dates and teasing him). But anyways, he always says hi to me when he sees me and looks at me when he see's me. His little sis was going on a date and told him he should go with the mand take me on a date. So we went, and he bought my dinner and movie. It wasnt aqward at all, actually i had alot of fun. I dont know if he like me though, and if he does...should i go for it??

Ok i need help, well there is this guy at school who i have like the biggest crush on, but he has a girlfriend. However when i see him in the halls at school he is always saying heeeyyyy, smiling, or waving or all 3. He winked at me a few times this past week and he smiled at me. In gym class he always talks to me and sometimes hits the ball for me. I really like this guy but I don't know if he likes me. All last week he stared at me and then I approached him last Friday and we talked. He got a huge smile when I said hi to him and kinda flirted. The thing is Monday he hung around my locker and kept looking at me but when I headed over there he walked away. Then later he kept looking at me but I didn't go talk to him or anything. Tuesday he didn't look at me, Wednesday he did once but talked to another girl. Thursday he looked at me again but talked to other girl. Friday he kept looking at me and I went and talked to him after school. He said hi, but wouldn't look at me so I turned around and was heading out the door when he mentioned his volleyball game to me. I said good luck and continued on but he followed me and asked if I was coming to watch, I said I had to work and he said, "oh well, you won't be missing much" I said see ya. Is he into me, if he is then why did he act like I wasn't around for two days and talk to the other girl. I'm so confused. Should I pursue him despite competition of other girl. How can I tell, is he just being friendly?

I like this guy alot, I'm in grade 11 and he's in grade 12. The thing is that my friend says he stares at me a lot, and when were around each other our eyes constantly meet for long periods of time. Well there is this guy. He always talks to me and he comes over to my house to help me with my biology homework. Well at first he just came over to help me to see my sister, because they were going out. And then they broke up. And for a while he said that no he wasnt going to come over. Then over the weekend, we had a chance to hang out more, and my sister and i went to the movies with him and then went to his house to fourwheel with him. He took hannah on a ride first and then he took me(i kinda liked that :D)Well anyway, then he came over to my house the next day, and he always calls me an antagonist, but then he said that i was nice and called my sister(whom he still likes but now im not so sure)mean which he always says that she is nice. When he was going to leave my sister asked for a hug and said that she likes to give hugs, and then i said that i like hugs to but nobody gives me hugs, and then he said that he would give me a hug, and he did, it was very gentle, and i liked that too:D. Now today, he is coming over to my house to help me with my homework, but my sister will be late getting home so i dont know if that is totally going to be the reason he is comeing over but im not sure. He said something like that you only go with people you like (which isnt true because u can just go as friends) but thats all he said...he never gave an answer. I have been with this guy for 8 months. We broke up just today. I asked him why he broke up with me, he said that he had some issues wherein he just suddenly cries in the middle of the night, thinking that he is not truthful to me because whenever he is with me, he is not the person really I am with because of all the different things which are hurtful that he does or says. He never ceases to be selfish when he talks. He tole me that he truly loves me but he cannot be with me for the moment. I've known Mike for as long as I can remember, we've never been really close friends, but we have the same group of friends. I've always had some feelings for him, just not really strong. This year I've fallen in love with him. I've never met anyone who even comes close to him, i love him more than i can put into words.

So anyways, to the point of this. I know i should tell him how i feel, that i could be missing out on a wonderful relationship, but i have an unbelievable fear of rejection that has kept me from getting into a relationship. I think if i knew i had a chance with him i wouldn't be so scared of telling him how i feel, but i'm not really sure if he likes me. My feelings for him really started intensifying for him during our school musical back in October and November. We were spending so much time together at musical practice and i fell more and more in love with him each day. He's such a sweetie. He came up behind me at practice while we were waiting offstage for cues and he put his arm around me and i laid my head on his shoulder and we just stood there together for awhile. I wanted so bad to kiss him then, or do something to let him know how much i cared for him, but i restrained myself for fear of scaring him away.

Since the musical, i added him to my msn messenger list and we've talked a lot online. He IM's me just to tell me silly little things, it's so cute. Thursday night, while i was trying to do my math homework at 11 pm, i forgot i'd left my computer online until someone IMed me. It was Mike, just IMing me to tell me goodnight and sweet dreams, even tho i hadn't talked to him at all that night. The "sweet dreams" thing is an inside joke between us, a couple months ago, as we were about to get off to go to bed, he told me "sweet dreams without the S and one E". (in other words, wet dreams) I laughed for a good 5 minutes after that. Ever since then, "sweet dreams" has been his goodbye to me everytime we end one of our late-night convos. Friday morning, as I was walking into school, i didn't realize he was right behind me until he whispered my name in my ear and brought up another one of our inside jokes.

I really love him and i want a relationship with him more than anything, but i'm so scared that i'll get my heart broken. Does anyone think he likes me, should i take the chance of getting my heart broken?

There's this guy in school that I met just recently, I know him by face & name & common friends, let's call him "H", I always see him around school, infact his classroom is just beside mine, but I never really got to notice him until we had this school duty in our school restaurant. He was fun working with,he really fools around & always manages to make everyone laugh through his humorous jokes. I never really liked him until I heard a friend of his telling that, "H" do has a crush on me, but fortunately he wasn't paid any attention by anyone, so no one really knew except me. After that day, I got really confused & I always thought of him. These feeling later on faded, not until the food fair in school, there were no teachers around letting us, students do whatever we wanted to do, that afternoon, I came to him & his friends, which happens to be my friends too, I jokingly told "H" that I like him & he told me he like me too & when it was time for me to go home, I even bid him goodbye & told him that he really is my crush in a joking manner, but to my surprise he suddenly told me "I LOVE YOU" while smiling up to his ears. I never really thought about it that much, but now I realized that I really do like him. His friend gave me his cellphone number so I texted it, asking if he really is "H", I got no reply until the 4th day, he was asking who am I, so I told him & I also asked him if he replied only because his friend told him to, he said no, I was pretty taken aback, then he texted me again telling me that he would text later 'cause his doing something with his computer, I did not reply anymore, so did he. I started liking this guy who was in my classes last semester, soon enough, we started talking. He would catch up to me after class if I walked out first, one day I said "I'm going to go eat after class," and he said he would go to. After we were done eating he said he was going to go to his class, then I said that I was going to go to the computer lab so then he said he would go there too. He skipped his other class a good bit so we could go eat and hang out at the lab. A few days a week for the rest of the semester we would go eat and then go to the computer lab. There was always a third guy there with us because he invited himself. Anyway, My crush always offered to help me with our homework, he would even do the homework and then give it to me. If I was walking with another guy, he would catch up and then get in between us, and if another guy was helping me with my homework, he would offer his help instead. One time, I let him borrow my calculator and in an email where he thanked me, he signed it "lots of love," now I know he didn't mean that literally, but I thought that he might have liked me in some way more than a friend. He started sitting by me in classes that we sat further apart before, if I was sitting somewhere else he would say "Why don't you come sit over here?" I was signing up for courses and he said "You should take THIS course," (the course was one he was signing up for). Sometimes I think he might like me but I'm not sure. Recently, I wrote him an email where I asked if he wanted to hang out on breaks in between classes, I even said I missed hanging out with him. To my horror, he read it in front of me one day in the computer lab because he had not been able to check his mail because of computer problems. I thought he would realize I liked him after reading this. After he read this, he started asking me questions about my major, internship, apartments, music, etc. The conversation was less about class and homework and more about other activities. The other day he came in the lab and sat by me and talked, but I was busy with a project and didn't talk to him much. Today he didn't come to school for the first class so we didn't have a break together. Then after class, he walked right by me without saying anything, not even "Bye." One day during class, he was sitting next to me and he kept looking at me, I didn't look back because I was nervous, then after class, he just started walking really fast and didn't walk with me. What's going on? Why does he do and say certain things and then just walks on by me at other times?

Ok,i had a crush on this guy from 6th grade to the middle of 8th.Now Im in 9th grade and he goes to a diffrent school.
Because he left i thought i got over him,but he came over all day last saterday,and he was kinda flirting with me.Then i he I/M me and we started talkin and we were callin eachother babe and i told him he could be my date for this kinda prom thing,i was jk with him but he thought i was 4 real.He was like,ALRIGHT!!!!!!,then he started sending me kissis and his horny face and tryed to start sex over the computer.and the thing is i dont want to start like`n him again,when i did he caused me so much pain.And the biger problem is my best friend told me the other day that she likes him!!! now idk what to do,me & him kinda r starting a thing,and i want to go wit him to this prom thing but i dont want to get my friend mad at me.Is it ok for me to try with a guy that my friend likes?I want to kiss him so0o bad is that wrong 4 me to want him even if my friend wants him too?or should i just go 4 it????????

There is this guy who i've liked since last year once day i called him for HW and we ended up talking for 2 and a half hours. HE later invited me to lunch one day and picked me up. After lunch he shows me all the schools he grew up in, his old house and his new house along with places he enjoys driving.UNfortinutly afterwards i said gimme a call and gave him a hug. NO CALL in school he was nice and i talked to him but told my best friend (then later me) he dosent want a girlfriend. WHAT DOES THIS ALL MEAN?? (PS: he does not talk to people outside of school)

I NEED SOMEONES ADVICE!!! DOES HE LIK ME?? WHT CAN I DO!?!?

There's this guy I really like. He's a senior and I'm a sophomore, so there's a little bit of an age difference between us. I had seen him around school often and he goes to my church and i thought he was really cute, so i mentioned it to his sister, who's also in my grade. She informed me that he had told her he thought i was attractive as well. She ended up telling him all about it and he suddenly started talking to me at school and on the internet. Then he asked me out to dinner after a basketball game. We had an awesome time and he asked me out again. After our second date, he told me that he really likes hanging out with me, but that he's not looking for anything serious because he was recently involved in a relationship with another girl and had his heart broken and that it's his senior year and he doesn't want to be tied down to a relationship and just wants to have some fun. Of course i was upset, but just smiled and told him that it was fine. But we've still been going on dates and he comes over to my house all the time. He's always flirting and picking on me and he'll cuddle with me on the couch while we watch movies. I really like him, but I don't know what to do. Does he like me at all, or is he just looking for some ass? I would appreciate any advice you have to offer. Thank you.

Okay well, I'm a 19 year old girl and there is this guy that I like and I wrote him a letter telling him that I would be interested in going out with him sometime. He called me and said he wanted to be 'friends for now.' I was okay but a little devastated. But before I got the nerve to ask him out there were times when he come over to our group and while he would readily flirt and give my friends hugs he would either ignore me or lightly tap me on the shoulders or on the small of my back. Then after we came back for our Christmas break he got all of his gal pals a mini pouch with their names on it, but got me necklace. And one of my friends told me supposedly that he asked her had i worn it yet. So does this mean he likes me or giving me mixed signals because i'm thinking about returning it because i'm really frustrated.
I do feel really bad about even thinking this. But for me since I'm still hurting from the rejection I don't feel right keeping it. Secondly, being that he is a really flirtatious guy by nature and he keeps ignoring me I figure if I give it back he won't be hurt and will find someone else to give the necklace to. So does he like me and am I wrong to want to give it back?

Secondly, I've known this guy since like 5th grade, but through the years we've only seen each other periodically. Meaning one year I'll seen all the time, then another year I won't see him at all.

hey...i'm kinda confused. There is this guy I really like but i can't tell if he likes me too. One day he asked one of my friends about me and if i liked him and she told him that i did, but then when she asked him if he liked me he had to think for a minute, but then in a cute way said no. Also, his friends do weird things around me...and one of his friends purposely pushed him into me. Also, he came up to me, and no one else and looked at my paper to see what I got for one of my answers. Is he lying, or does he really not like me.

He went up to a girl and asked her if she knew me,and she did, and he said that he thought i liked him because my friends keep IMing him. Then she told him that he's full of himself to think that. But, then right before he left...he said that he still thought i liked him. I sometimes catch him staring at me, especially this one time where he was standing next to me and turned around like 10 times. But, recently i found out from one of my friends that he likes someone else. Should i give up, or do u think he likes me too.

okay.. my names laura and im in 9th.. and i like this guy that was in my math class rite..n wen i started likin him i wanted to get w/ him so we were talkin in school like wat u doin this weekend ohh nothin wat u doin? nothin.. so he wanted me to go to his house soo i did and then we hung out at his house all day and ended up going to a scarowinds..(roller coaster park)well that floated my boat so that was cool and wen we went there we apparently were meetin up w/ our friends and his ex. well shes cool.. they felt me n him wen we were in the line soo we went to tha park together soo it was fun and he huged me alot (no kiss) didnt get the chance to get that..but we became close or w/e or i thought so.. so weve been talkin on the fone everynite for sence then its xmas now.. so along time.
and we talk about like oh who u like tell me first so i got the feelin he liked me so i was like ya i like you..not to freak him out i did it pretty laid back.. and he thought i was jokin .. but i was like no? soo i thought he new i liked him but then he wnet out w/ my best friend.. which pissed me off she knew i liked him.. then they broke up cause she never called him (he still be talkin to me on the fone everynite for freakin 5 hrs) .. so i was confused i still am but we hang out movies his house my house.. but at school we barley talk only in science cause math changed sced. soo now hes like flirting w/ me like tickling me and kinda holding me or pullin me jokin around..w/ me. and spend 6 bucks yesterday to get in a movie "honey" and got me outta of it cause i was w/ other ppl..that were annoying.. he surprized me just by walkin in sayin hey lets walk to wendys <-- that movie is gay dont see it.. so i did walk w/ him .. but i dont know wats up he freaks out if we dont talk on the fone at nite.. but i hear he likes his ex again but he tellin me he doesnt.. i told him i didnt like him anymore wen we started goin out with my bf. cause i was jelous n tryin to get over him ..but i think he knos i like him again should i tell him?? or try to get w/ sumone that likes me <- that i know likes me? but i dont want the other guy i really just want him..i even dreaam about him.. like stupid ones him kissin me in drama class and us like looking at eachother and then in my dream we keep going and going wen were not .. and he makes me smile wen im sad.. and wen im having probelems w/ my life he is the only one whomakes me smile or helps me feel better i just want him to come up to me and kiss me. i feel like im going insane but i dont know wat to do? please help me sweetrthansugr89@aol.com.. or aim.. smoochixox
