Subject: Unexpected pleasures (spoilers BtVS Entropy! LOL)

I watched a repeat of Entropy today and realised...I'd never actually seen the entire Ep. before!

Firstly I hadn't seen the beginning, the teaser and the first five minutes or so, that came as a bit of a shock I can tell you, but hey - woohoo and other noises of delight at the thrill of the new!

Then, and I'm not sure if I'd never seen this ie it hadn't been on UK TV, or if I'd just forgotten about it; Spike's parting shot to Xander 'you know, I wish-' which places a new, and kinder, interpretation on Spike at that point IMO. I shan't go into this old hat in any detail unless anyone's particularly interested but it's good to know that the excitement of the original viewing wasn't just the zeitgeist as it were, there's an inherent total brillianceishness about it which makes it still pretty much the best thing on TV. Unmissable!
